Amazing $30 Map-Making Software Bundle Is a Virtual Tabletop GM's Dream

The Main Attraction

The big draw is certainly a lifetime license for Campaign Cartographer 3+, an industry-standard cartography program that can be used to create everything from fantasy overworld maps, detailed regional charts, urban layouts, and, perhaps most importantly, tactical combat environments.

Entry Level

The most affordable option, at a minimum cost of $1, includes only four of the 39 total items: Fantasy Overland Symbol Collection, Monster Token Pack 1, Castle Source Maps, Urban Source Maps. This one's only for cartographers who already have CC3+, yet it provides new fantasy symbol styles for overworld maps, over seven hundred fifty creature tokens compatible with online gaming platforms, over twenty-five aerial castle designs with 470 associated map tokens, eight fully mapped cities, plus seventy-plus building interiors.

Mid-Range Option

The eight-item bundle for at least $15 is where things get more interesting through inclusion of a lifetime CC3+ license, Cartographer's Annual Vol 1, Tome of Ultimate Mapping, Isometric Cities Symbol Pack. Cartographer's Annual is the yearly bundle from ProFantasy's long-running monthly subscription service featuring multiple CC3+ enhancements like map collections and various other tools. The Isometric Cities enables present urban areas in 3D perspective using angled views from all sides. Meanwhile, the Mapping Tome comprises 760 pages for beginners and "power users" alike, packed with guidance and instructions covering cartography techniques.

Every volume of Cartographer's Annual are included here, alongside a slew of additional tools and content enabling creators to craft complete solar systems, or focus exclusively on traditional fantasy world-building: battle maps, underground complexes, cities, and land masses from almost any perspective. You can even design character illustrations. At thirty versus fifteen dollars, the full bundle is so worth it, particularly for mappers who have only the annual CC3+ license and want to upgrade to lifetime. However, it's clearly an even better deal for map-making newbies considering you even get introductory guides to help you get started. The sole limitation though you can redeem the deal across platforms, the applications only function with Windows systems.
